Welcome to Fight Universe ("we," "our," or "the Service"). Fight Universe is an interactive martial arts, combat sports, and tactical technique simulation platform designed to help martial artists, practitioners, and enthusiasts study, curate, and visualize martial arts combinations and techniques.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how data is handled when you use our web application and mobile applications.
2. Information We Collect & Store
Privacy-First Architecture: Fight Universe does not require you to provide personally identifiable information (such as your real name, email address, password, or phone number) to use the core features of the simulator.
The information processed by Fight Universe includes:
- Anonymous Device Identifier (UUID): A random, pseudo-anonymous UUID is generated client-side solely to associate your custom universe layouts, saved skills, and user settings with your device.
- Universe & Node Layout Data: Position coordinates, custom martial art nodes, tactical relationships (edges), tags, and video bookmarks that you create or save.
- Local Preferences: Interface preferences such as selected UI language, canvas theme, zoom settings, and quest progress saved in your device's local storage (LocalStorage / SharedPreferences).
3. Third-Party Services & APIs
Fight Universe integrates trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and media services:
- Google Cloud & Firebase (Firestore / Hosting): Used for secure cloud synchronization of anonymous universe layouts and fast CDN content delivery. Data handled by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- YouTube API & Embedded Player: Fight Universe enables users to discover and view martial arts instructional videos via YouTube’s official embedded player. We do not download, modify, or re-host YouTube video streams. Your use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Guidelines
When you create custom technique nodes, notes, or curate video links within Fight Universe:
- You agree not to submit or link to content that is unlawful, infringing on third-party intellectual property, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or abusive.
- Fight Universe maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and reserves the right to remove any violating content or restrict access to offending instances.
5. Data Retention & User Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Local Data Reset: You can clear all cached universe layouts and node data at any time through the in-app Settings menu or by clearing your browser/app storage.
- Cloud Data Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete any cloud-synchronized universe data associated with your anonymous UUID, you can submit a deletion request to our support team.
6. Children's Privacy
Fight Universe is intended for general audiences interested in sports science and martial arts training. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
